This website provides you the possibility to file a report. You can also call 0900-hoffmann (0900-4633626, 0.10 cent per minute). This number can be reached from Monday to Friday from 08.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs.
Meldmisstanden.nl is an initiative from (your) employer(s) in co-operation with Hoffmann. We would like to point out that your report will remain confidential. Furthermore, you are not required to give your name and, in case you do, you will remain anonymous unless you allow us to reveal your identity!
Before filling out this form or contacting the number 0900-hoffmann, please note that only solid information is useful to us. Vague or imprecise information and charges are of no use!
Anonymity
We are an independent bureau and we will treat your information with care and confidentially. We provide the possibility to report an incident or irregularities anonymously and guarantee that you will remain anonymous. If you provide your personal details, we will never disclose this information without your previous authorization. Furthermore, if you report to us by telephone, we will not record your call.
Contact us again
Your employer will decide what to do with the report. If an investigation is conducted, you should realize that there may be questions that we would like to ask you. Because we are unable to contact you if you make an anonymous report or phone call, we always ask you to contact us again anonymously and by telephone two weeks after the initial report. In doing so, you may help a great deal in a possible investigation and answer any questions that have arisen.
